- Inspect and monitor construction work to ensure it aligns with project plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other relevant parties.
- Enforce quality control and safety measures.
- Prepare progress reports and report any issues to the project manager.
- Provide technical support to on-site teams.
- Manage procurement of materials, select qualified suppliers, and ensure timely delivery to facilitate efficient construction progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in construction project management.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
