- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with relevant standards and regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of organization standards and any certifications as required.
- Preparing for certification audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
- Performing and preparing the documentation for internal audits and contributing to ESG projects.
- Ensure all operations are well-organized, accurate, and effectively accessible while keeping them updated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Assurance, Environmental Studies, or a relevant fields.
- 2+ years of experience in documentation management, compliance, or related areas.
- Familiarity with organizational standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits, and exposure to ESG projects or initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strategic and systematic thinking and planning abilities.
