Warehouse & Logistics Operator

Warehouse & Logistics Operator Position's Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming board games/merchandise/goods, etc. Inspect and verify the received it against purchase orders. properly arranging them in accordance with the respective location. Liaise with client purchasing department, document, report any discrepancies or damages of goods.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage. Implement efficient storage practices. Regularly conduct stock counts and reconcile with system records. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory planning. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand.
• Pick products from inventory based on customer orders. Ensure accurate picking and packing of board games/merchandise/goods. Label and prepare packages for shipping.
• Prepare shipping documents. Coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Plan and coordinate transportation for board games/goods/materials. Optimize routes for efficient delivery. Work with freight forwarders. Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes. Implement strategies for increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Implement quality control procedures. Monitor product quality and quantity during handling and storage. Report any quality issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols within the warehouse. Implement security measures to prevent theft or damage. Conduct safety training for warehouse staff and interns.
• Mentoring and coaching warehouse staff and interns, ensuring proficiency in product packing, stocking, delivery assembly, and product repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.

• บันทึกการรับสินค้าเข้า ตรวจสอบและเปรียบเทียบสินค้าตามเอกสารและข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากฝ่ายจัดซื้อ พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานการรับสินค้าเข้า และรายงานความเสียหายของสินค้า
• ดูแลจัดการพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า พร้อมปรับปรุงการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ตรวจนับสินค้าที่มีในคลังสินค้า และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องร่วมกับบันทึกการรับเข้า-ส่งออกสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง
• บรรจุสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับจากฝ่ายประสานงานขาย พร้อมทั้งแพ็คสินค้าลงบรรจุภัณฑ์ ติดฉลากและเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อจัดส่ง
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารการจัดส่ง ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งพร้อมติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งเพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลและแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ในการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศและการส่งออกสินค้าไปยังประเทศคู่ค้า

Warehouse & Logistics Operator Position Qualifications:

• Age Preferably 23-35 years
• Only male gender (Capability to perform physically demanding tasks)
• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse & Logistics Administration (or other relevant fields)
• At least 1 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics Administration
• Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
• Enjoys learning new things in the field of Warehouse & Logistics
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and patient.
• Communicates well in Thai
• Communicates well in English is a plus
• Prior experience with board games is a plus.
• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัย ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากเคยเล่นบอร์ดเกมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ รวมถึง MS Excel, Word และ PowerPoint
