1. Provide guidance and troubleshoot IT issues for employees within the organization.
2. Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals such as printers and network
devices.
3. Monitor, maintain, and repair IT equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Manage user accounts on systems such as email and Active Directory.
5. Offer support via phone or remote access to resolve user issues.
6. Prepare documentation and reports on problem resolutions and activities.
7. Coordinate with IT teams or external vendors to address complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining IT systems.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Prior experience in IT support are an advantage.
