• To receive, review , process the customer service requirement within ASEAN countries
• To coordinate the customer services requirement with company engineering team in each country
• To assist , update , keep track and monitor the progress of each services step till the requirement is completely closed.
• To provide initial & basic technical advice for client or deliver the detail technical advice to client from service engineer who are on their stand-by duty.
• Able to analyze efficiency and operational problems of the team.
1. Male/Female age not over 45 years
2. Bachelor Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) or related fields.
3. Good Command English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
4. Good Communication skills and Good problem solving skills
5. Service mind and high responsibility, enthusiastic.
6. Interested in technology
7. Must have strong computer and MS Office literacy.
8. Have the ability to work well in a team and can plan a team.
